- Sanitise common areas several times a day
- Sanitise the apartments with certified products at each change
- Using high temperature industrially-laundered linen
- Check the pool access following the regional guidelines for its management
- Sanitise, clean and check daily the pool and the sun beds available free for guests
- Clean and sanitise the wellness area after each use
- Manage check-in remotely to avoid queues at the reception upon arrival
- Check that all guests at the residence behave correctly
